Headquartered in Dublin, Staycity was founded in 2004 by CEO Tom Walsh and his brother Ger, in a single apartment in Dublin’s famous Temple Bar. Tom is a big U2 fan (as are many people in Staycity) and U2 recorded their song “Desire” in a recording studio in what is now the livingroom of that first Temple Bar apartment where the Staycity story began.
